What We Collect and Why

When you contact us, we may collect your name, email, phone number, and the design details you share such as placement, size, references, and style notes.

We collect this information to protect the artist workflow, prevent misuse, document approvals, and reduce disputes around revisions, pricing, and delivery.

References and Client Submissions

• All references, notes, and messages you send can be stored as project records to protect the artist and studio.
• References are used for direction only. The artist decides what is acceptable to draw, adapt, or refuse.
• We may refuse requests that copy another artist’s work, create legal risk, or harm the studio’s reputation.

Consultations, Messages, and Approvals

We keep notes from calls, WhatsApp chats, emails, and approvals. These records help protect the artist in case of chargebacks, misuse, or disputes about scope and timeline.

We do not sell personal data. However, we may retain project records as long as needed to protect artist rights and studio operations.

Design Ownership (Artist-Owned)

• All sketches, drafts, and final designs are the intellectual property of the artist and studio, even after payment.
• Payment grants you a limited, non-transferable permission to use the design for one tattoo placement only, unless the artist agrees otherwise in writing.
• You may not resell, mint, reproduce, distribute, or reuse the design for merchandise, logos, NFTs, AI training, or additional tattoos without written permission.
• The studio may display designs, works in progress, and healed results in portfolios, social media, and marketing to protect artist credit and reputation.

Client Responsibility and Tattoo Safety

We are a tattoo design studio. We do not provide medical advice. If you have concerns about healing, allergies, or skin conditions, we recommend speaking with a licensed professional and your tattoo artist before tattooing.

The client is responsible for confirming fit, placement, spelling, and meaning before tattooing. Approval messages count as final sign-off.
